Step2: once all the details was confirmed,our master begin to make the 1:1clay mold.

Step3: As the clay mold is being made, we would constantly showing you the progress and according to your feedback and request to update the clay mold until you are 100% satisfied.

Step4: After all the changes and alterations, the master would chose the Top natural marble and  begin to carve.

Step5. Grinding and polishing, one perfect masterpiece was born.

Production Process of Outdoor Bronze Lion Statues:

Step1: Search abundant design pictures of lion statue from all angles and making 1:1 clay mold.

Step2: Tuning mold. Gypsum for simple design, silica gel for complicated design.

Step3: Irrigating wax. Put the melting paraffin into the completed gypsum model or silica gel model, unpack the model when then paraffin is cold, the wax model is finished.

Step4: Covering the wax model with silica sand layer by layer.

Step5: Casting. Traditional lost-wax process.

Step6: Polish, joint and treatment of weld.

Step7: Staining, apply oil, sealing wax.
